8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To keep the digital frontier safe for all outlaws, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to interact with or manipulate the game-cowboy-slot mechanics.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise our SaaS infrastructure or cinematic assets.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support staff.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage. Any such behavior will result in immediate banishment from the outpost.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Gameharborlnd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a security risk to the platform. In the event of termination, all virtual progress and ranks will be irrevocably lost.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gameharborlnd Interactive Entertainment Oy, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the social casino platform.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of Gameharborlnd.world shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
